MK. BOTHA'S APPEAL. JOIN HANDS OVER GRAVES OF THE FALLEN. Received 20th, 10.12 p.m. Capetown, November 20. Mr Botha delivered a conciliatory speech at Blocmf jntein. He urged Boers and British to join hands over the grayes of the brave men who had died. As for tne future, under die Hetvolk programme, it would be found that Boer and Briton can live at peace.
