1500 HANDS IDLE. A BANK INVOLVED IN THE SMASH. Received 20th, 1 a.m. Brussels, November ig. The famous Delarcue glass works at Lodclinsart, Be gium, has suspended, wiili liabilities amounting D several millions of francs. Fifteen hundred workmen are thrown idle. The suspension involves the Bank Manur.
