SOME STRANGE FREAS.
Amongst tlio attractions for the Egmont and Taranaki A. &P. Shows to be held this week and next week respectively, will bo the tine collection of natural freaks belonging to Mr G. A. Nisbet, of New Plymouth. In addition to the " combination calf" (a strange freak having resemblance to several animals) the two-legged foal, the twin-headed pig, and several other curiosities, Mr Nishct has secured a couple of sheep, one fiye-legged and (.he! other six-legged. Moth of these animals are alivo and in excellent condition. The shoep with the five legs lias a couple of feet attached to the extra leg. The other sheep has two extra legs protruding from the breast. llus unique collection of freaks has been shown at Christchurch, Palmerston, and Wanganui shows, and on each occasion large crowds have visited the ".how tent.
After the New Plymouth show Air Nisbet intends taking the ooljection to the Auckland show.
