RELIGIOUS INSTRUCTION PROPOSALS. Received 13th, 11.30 p.m. London, November 13. The Lords, by 147 to 40, adopted Earl Cawdor's amendment to compel local authorities to permit teachers to give special religious instruction and all facilities cqual'y with extended facilities schools.
