A WELCOME RAINFALL.
I'ER PRESS ASSOCIATION. Wellington, November 10. The r.i:ii which commenced on Saturday last at 5 p.m. totalled 3.10 inches up to y 0 clock lhis morning. The rainfall ye.-ierday was light, onlv ,i points being* recorded this morning. The temperature yesterday only reached 53 F. Tho rainfall will do an immense amount of good, as the warmth will now force a strong growth of grass, o tc., and assure feed in pjenty during the summer.
