Sir.—l was p;oa-<:d 10 see ilio letter of "I'airplay" in your columns last week, and for one would 1 ike to get even more information than "Fa.rI'lay" asks for. i W ould like to know who valued (he property, and what liKUic was put upon it to induce the Government to buy it at the price that was paid; and also—who recommcnled the purchase as being- needed as a site for workmen's homes. in my humble opinion the ''wire-pullers'"' should be shown up.— l am, etc., IS ON XIK PLAY.
