ELECTRICITY IN LONDON.
PBOPOSED MUNICIPALISATIOX A FOUB MILLION VENTUKE Beceived 7, 9.50 p.m. London, November 7. The London County Council, by SO to 84. decided to promote a Bill in Parliament to secure entire control of electric power and lighting supply in London. It is stated that four millions will be needed, and ultimately much more, cince the Councd contemplates supplying the surrounding districts.
