REVOLUTIONARIES' OUTBREAK. 17 OFFICERS SHOT AT KUTNO. Received 6th, 11.52 p.m. London, November 6. Router's St. Petersburg correspondent states that revolutionaries shot in the streets of Kuino 17 officers. The town is in a state of panic,, fearing reprisals.
