TREASURY VAN ROBBERY. FURTHER ARRESTS MADE. Received sth, 10.6 p.m. St. Petersburg, November 5. Fifteen more arrests have been made in connection with the robbery of a St. Petersburg Treasury van. The leaders of the gang were connected with the recent outrage at M. Stolypin's house.
