READJUSTMENT OF ARMAMENT.. Received sth, 10.24 I'-m. London, November 5. The Chronicie says the Dteadnought trials showed it was necessary to remove eight 12-pounder anil quick-firers from the forecastle quarter deck, in order to allow the 12-.nc.11 guns a clear range at all degrees of elevation. It is probable the quickfirers will receive disappearing mounts.
