FURTHER CAUSE FOR ANXIETY Received sth. 10.24 p.m. Morocco, November 5. A Span-sh electric light company at langiei- refused t o pav blackmail, and Raisuli closed their works. The Sultan rcopc.ied them, but Raisuli closed ihem aga n until the company conceded his terms. The incident has caused anxiety, showing that Raisu'i is the only existing force in Northern Morocco.
