SEDDON TECHNICAL COLLEGE
(Per P. ess Association.) Christchurch, November 2. The foundation stoiiu of the Seddou Technical College was lad today by the Hon. George Fowlds. i'he college was adopted as a local memorial to the late Mr Seddon, and it is intended to add an assembly hail, reading room, technological museum, wood depratment and smith's shop. There was a large attendance, and several addresses were given by local representative men and others.
