ALLEGED CONNIVANCE OF OFFICIALS. THE TREASURY BOBHEMES.
I St. Peteksmjbu, October 30. A Ukase issued to-day, which is the anniversary of the grafting of the Russian Constitution, removed all restrictions from the Old Believers, who number fifteen million.

Three officials entrusted vrith money were captured in a St. Petersburg raid and arrested on a charge of connivance. They jumped from the carriage directly a bomb was thrown and (led without attempting to save the treasure. Ten masked revolutionists entered a gambling dub at Chita aud seized the stakes (twelve thousand roubles) Another baud, overpowering an escort, robbed a Treasury wagon in a wood at Kazan on the 26th and stole 26,000 roubles. ROBBERS COUET-MAKTIALLED AND EXECUTED.
BRITISH SUBJECT MURDERED
Received 31st, 10.10 p.m. St. Pbtebsbckg, October 31. Eight of those concerned in the Treasury carriage robbery at St. Petersburg were court-martialied and executed.
Carneieff, a workman in Coates's thread mill at ft. Petersburg, murdered Sheridan, a Scottish foreman. The murderer was not arrested. The crime was intended to strike terror, owing to the arrests of revolutionary employees of the mill. Sheridan leaves a widow and five children. The British Ambassador has demanded the active safeguarding of the lives of British employees.
