A WELLINGTON TRAGEDY.
Per Press Association.. Wellington, October 26. The body of an apparently fully--devoloped male child was found floating in the harbour. ,The police removed the body to the morgue. The? body was headless, and had apparently been in the water about two? weeks. The police are at present unable to form an opinion as to whether or not the child had been tha> victim of foul play.
