OPENING CEREMONY. (By Telcglraph.—Press Association.) Chbistchukch, Oct. 25. At a meeting of the Exhibition executive committoe to-night, the ceremonial committee reported that the Exhibition would bo opened to invited guests at 10 a.tn. on Nov. 1, and all w«re requestod to be in theii- seats by I) 15, when the doors would be closed. His Excellency tho Goyernor would arrive at 11.30. After the National Anthem the Odp would-be sang, and the Premier would givo a brief history of the Exhibi:ion with its aims and objects, and would present to the Governor a souvenir gold ley, and jewelled passes to Lady Pluukntt and Lady Kathleen Plunkett, *His Excellency would then reply and the Oid Hundredth Psalm would be sung, followed by the National Anthem. The Goyerner would then declare the Exhibition opened aud a cable announcing the fact would be despatched to the King. All tho bells in the building would be rung and a military salute would be fired, and all the (lags on the Exhibition would be unfurled. His Excellency would then probably visit portions of the Exhibition. The general public would be admitted to the grounds on the morning of the opening, but would not bo able to enter tho buildings until the afternoon.
