It was a fine up-h:ll fight on Payne's part, Rankin getting in some beautiful shots, nine being pulled up in the last four heads.

Sneddon's team pulled up well ; n the last four heads. McLaren met a hot crowd and finished two down. Reid, Keast, and Bouskill did capital work in the various fours.
