IMPORTANT RECOMMENDATIONS.

The Dairy Commissioner, Mr J. A. Kinsella. at the conclusion of his annual report, makes the following summary of the requirements and needs of the industry, which he says, he has been so long preying for: li) The erection of a dairy school. (2) The erection of an experimental station.
