Widdowson, 8 M., Walter Henry Mitchell, William Mc Pherson, and Patrick Opferkdch, thre< well dressed yonng men, were charged with that they did, on the Bth inst., b> , eonspiracT together, fraudulently obtain £l7O of and from one Joseph Dickinson. After hearing evidence. His Worship adjourned the case until Tuesday next, the accused granted bail each in £3OO, and two aunties of £l3O.
