COLOGNE GAZETTE S PROPOSAL. London, October 16. The Standard's version states that the Cologn'e Gazette urges the suspension of the prohibition on the import of frozen meat so far as Australia is concerned, provided the Commonwealth refrains from giving icrcfer'ence to Britain. It adds that the proposed concession is the best means of inducing Ausiralia to grant Germany most favoured terms.
