At Wiiitara on Tuesday, Mr H. B. Leppcr, of Lopperton, was sworn in as a Justice of the Peuco. • Mr L. 0. Mr J. C George, and his son Mr E"ie George, leave Now Plymouth this afternoon on (ho first slago of their trip to the Old Country. Mr George makes the journey in search of better health, anil we hope, with his many Irieiuls, that he will return with his health completely rec<.n«r,ited.

George's residence.
