The Court intimated that it would avail itself of the Auckland records and deliver judgment at a later dale. Mr Damon appeared for the appellants and Mr Claude Weston for the u-,spo ;: u"ritl The appeal of Mrs Clements (Mr Shailcr, Weston of Wellington) -nd Mrs Lovo (Mr Claude Weston) against j. decision of Judge Gilbert Mair appointing certain adopted children as successors to Rocra Rangi, deceased, was heard on the 12111 and 13th October. Mr Hutchen appeared for the adopted children. Evidence was called and counsel addressed the Court at length. Judgment was reserved.
