George, at the day labour rates. HOSPITAL ASSISTANCE The chairman reported that Mr Wm. Wadsworth had been re-appoint-ed gardener at a salaryof £S4a year, 1 with cottage rent free. Mr Tisch i also reported that Mrs May, the new ; laundress, had taken up her duties, . and was giving every satisfaction. COTTAGES. It was decided to place one of the i Board's cottages in repair in Bart ret: street, for occupation by a char- . itable aid recipient. The llawora Board wrote in connection with the extra charge per head for inmates at the Old People's Home.
