The Daily Telegraph states that three armoured cruisers building at the Clyde and Elswick works prove tf be really twenty-five to twentyseven knot turbine battleships of 17,250 ton* displacement, with a fcioadaide fire as heavy as the Dreadnought's, but much faster, and rather less heavily armed.
