An unique document was received by the N<w Plymouth Recreation Grounds Board at its last meeung, and handed over to the Recreation Sports Ground Committee to deal with.. We reproduce it in fuH, with the exception of the plans which apparently indicate I lie writer's idea of now to improve the sports ground. The letter is as follows. New Plymouth, September 11 /00.
