The Prussian Government has notified 19,000 alien colliers in the- .Rhenish provinces that they must leave the country by December 20, on the ground that such largo numbers of aliens are undesirable on general principles. Including the wives and families, fifty thousand are affected, chiefly Austrians and Italian .
