ODESSA JEWS PANIC-STRICKEN A WEEK OF EXECUTIONS.
Received loth, 9.34 p.m. St. Petersburg, October 10. The Prefect of Moscow refused to ennit a public reception to the Briish deputation to tho Douma. The Jews at Odessa are panicstricken owing to M, Dubrovin, president of the Union of Russian Pcoile, inciting three hundred of his fol'owera to exterminate all rebels and ews, declaring the Russians wanted] neither Constitutions nor a Parliament, but only orthodoxy and auto:racy. The Prefect prevented disurbanccs.
There were over one hundred executions in Russia, chiefly in Poland, luring the last six days.
