AUSTRALIAN PREFERENCE PROPOSALS.
GERMANS ADMIT THEIR JUSTICE. Berlin, October SGerman exporters writing to the Berlin newspaper Der Blat, admit the abstract justice of Australia conceding preference to the Motherland, though they censure Germans residing in the Commonwealth for neglecting to actively oppose the movement. One firm writes that it would be difficu't to efficiently retaliate without seriously injuring Germany s woollen and shipping interests.
