Among the attractions of the opening programme will b: "A Sailor's Wedding." a romarkab> story or the sea, introducing a magnificicnt rite scene: •'A Wild West Drama," a talc of froniier life and thrilling interest; "Grandpa and the Butterfly," " Thi Policeman's Nightmare,'' "The Sign of the Cross," and many others. Per haps the film of greatest interest will be that specially cinematographed i> r the Grand National Steeplechase.

In addition to pathelic and wnsa.ional scenes .there wi! be numerous comic one-, introducing many startling mechanical effects. Catchy American picture songs will be rendered by Mr Aubrey Wynn. Street scenes of Wellington, Christchurch and Dunedin (taken by Mr Cook during the past few weeks) will be shown, and during the season Mr Cook will take a cinematograph of New Plymouth street life and produce same in connection with the enterainment.
