London, September 30. Members of Mr J£eir Hardiu's Labmi' Party are receiving £2OO each, expending £6290 out of au income of <MOOU. It is proposed to raise the ooutributions by a penny, raising the annual income to £BOOO.

Reform was impossible in that spirit, or on those lines.
