Received 30th, 5.2 p.m. London, September 29. The newspaper Clarion, while warmly app'auding Keir tlardie for nailing the socialistic colours to the mast, denounces his attacks on Mr Haldane's universal military training scheme, remarking that a strong citizen army, able to shoot, was only defenco against ambitious and tyrannous Czars and Kaisers.
