The Constitution of the Transvaal National Association advocates federation, the abolition of racialism, co-op-eration with the Boers, coriiplcie selfgovernment, no further importations ■.if Chinese, repatriation of Chinese on expiry of contracts, and urges South Africa to unite and create a White nation to rank with Canada and Australia.
