On the invitation of the Vicar, the choir of St, Mary's Church lield a v.-ry enjoyable progressive euchre party at the Vicarage on Monday night. The main object was to make a present;ton to Miss Cliong on the eve of her marriage to Mr Vv. Wilkes. The choir presented Miss Cliong with a silver mounted bread knrc and plate. The Vicar, Mr Hume (secre ary of the choir), and Mr Fletcher (orga'iist) in felicitous term; voiced tne choir's feelings towards the guest of the evening. 1 si
