Five new members were elected. Officers for (ho year were elected as follows ,—President, Mr 0. Samuel (re-elected); vice-presidents, Messrs C. Binn-11, D. Teed and A. £ Andrews; ultib captain, Mr E. Whittle; secretary, Mr J. Fleming. Committee—Messrs Lightband, Price, Stead, Hasseli, I'oung, Styles and Braund.

During the evening, the Chairman, ou behalf of the .Now Plymouth cricketers, presented the retiring secretary (Mr H. W. Bauchope) with a very handsome gold-mounted clock, inscribed, and in doing so a warm tribute to Mr Bauchope for tho keen interest he had always taken in cricket. '■ He's a Jolly Good Fellow" was sung, and Mr Bauchope suitably responded, remarking that he had been taken entirely by surprise by the presentation.

The Chairman reminded those present of the North Taranaki Cricket Association meeting to be held tomorrow (Thursday) evening and hoped there would be a large attendance. The usual votes of thanks terminated the meeting.
