Per Press Association. Accki.ind, September 25. Ediv.irJ Turner and E. A. Perkins, auctioneers, were charged willi selling fruit unlit for human consumption. The faets were admitted, and it was contended that only the good fruit in each lot offered was sold, on the understanding that purchasers would throw away the balance. The Magistrate said he had no desire to hamper the fruit trade, but public health must be properly safeguarded He reserved his decision.
