ONLY COMI'LKTIC HOME RULE ACClil'i'AitLK. Received 21, !U2 p.,,:. London, September 21. Mr John Redmond, speaking at Limerick, complained that the present able and sympathetic Government wae unable to govern Ireland according to r nsh ideas, and declared that neither he nor the Irish party wos in uny sense responsible for the makeshift Administrative Home Rule Government. He meant to propose next session that the Irish accept nothing short of compiete Home liule, meaning; a Parliament freely elected, with an executive responsible to it. When the Govern ment's measir was produced, il would bo su'. lifted to the Irish National Convention, and his influence would be used to induce the Irish to reject any proposals tendering to endanger the prestige and power of the Irish National Party, or weaken and disrupt the National movement. It was imperative to preserve the united and powerful National organisation until full National freedom has been obtained.
