SULPHUROUS RAINFALL. Valparaiso, September 14. A new Chilian volcano was reported yesterday to be in full activity. The upheaval left part of the bed of the river Biobio dry. Buenos Ayrts, September 14. Sulphurous rain fell in the province of San Juan, Argentine, greatly alarming the inhabitants. EARTHQUAKE RELIEF FUND.
