Mr i). Alexander, who was one of the promoters of the Mangorci Dairy Co., and who for the last 152 years has n presented the shareholders on the directorate, has tendered his resignation as a director. At a meeting of directors held on Saturday, Bth inst., the following resolution was passed ; " That tho directors hereby pla;e on record tho high appreciation of the services of Mr i). Alexander during his bng term as director and as one of the promoters of (he Company."
