N.Z. GOLF CHAMPIONSHIP.

WON BY S. H. GOLLAN. (Per Press Association.) Guhistckuiicu, September 14, Tho final round of the New Zealand Golf Championship was played at the Shirley Links between S. H. Gollan (Napier) and W. and D. Human (Christchurch) to-day, oyer a 36 hole course. The weather was dull but calm, and very satisfactory for good play. At the end of the 18th hole Mr Gollan was six up, and he won" the championship at the 29th hole by 8 (sic) up and 7to play. Both played a very even long game, but Harman was much weaker than Gollan in his approaching and putting, and lost holes on that account.
