THE SIEDLICE DISTURBANCE. GOVERNOR THREATENS BOMJ BARDMENT. 200 JEWS KILLED. SERIOUS AFFRAY NEAR WARSAW. Received nth, g.41 p.m. St. Petersburg, September 11. The Governor of Siecllice threatens a bombardment unless the leaders of the disturbances are surrendered. He refused to permit anyone to leave the city until 15 Terrorists from Warsaw have been arrested and delivered. Two hundred Jews were k'i'ed. Two bombs were thrown in Market Square at Rudagusowski, in the Government of Warsaw, kilting a policeman and wounding several. The object was revenge for the murder of a workman by Cossacks. Troops immediately fired in all directions, killing and wounding 40. A man with a revolver fatally shot the Chief of Police at Grodno. The assassin escaped.

Brigandage and incendiarism are rampant throughout Russia. In many districts it is almost impossible to pay workmen, because cashiers are constantly being killed or wounded and robbed.
