I WELLINGTON V, HA WEE'S BAY. . (Per Press Association, Nahbe, September 11,. The inter-Provinoial football awtcß, Wellington v. Hawke's Bay, was played on the Recreation Ground today in thepresence of a large wimber of spectators, notwithstanding that a soaking rain foil throughout the afternoon. The ground was slippery, and the ball very greasy, but nevertheless a good game resulted. Wellington won by 23 points to 3. The risitors showed much greater oombinotion than the local team
