New Yobk, September 7. Hippie left a memorandum stating that Adolph Segal, a company promoter, fooled him and got all his money. It is estimated the losses total two million sterling, ruining six thousand depositor*. Segal, with the bank's treanr-er, and assistant-trea-rorer, will be prosecuted. (Hippie was president of the Beal Estate Trait of Philadelphia. He inicided when his defalcations were discovered)
