Revenue shows an. increase ; on the Estimate of and the expenditure an increase of £117,333. For the ftrst time in the history of the State there will be earmarking of land Mies' revenue for substantia' and peunanent worksjand over nine that purpose this year. Relief to taxpayers will be -afforded in various directions.
