AN INTERCOLONIAL RUPTURE. Received 20JI), q.33 p.m. Pietcrmaritzbugr, August 29. The action of Cape Colony in adjusting railway rates in order to retain inland trade claimed by Natal is causing strained relations. The movement is increasing in Natal in favour of a complete union with the Transvaal.
