The " Daily Chronicle " reports that the Mine Owners' Association is recruiting thousands of nativos weekly from sources other than the East Coast, and supplying other groups ot mines than the Robinson croup. The Native Labor Association now permits .ndividual recruiting by miners anywhere, eicept in the Transvaal and Portuguese territory
