Per Press Association. WEmsoTON, August 27. A change is taking place in the directorate an'd management of the New Zealand " Times " Company. Mossrs >- Robert and Montaguo Binnister haying disposed of their interest in the paper, have resigned tho positions they held and Dr. Fmdlay becomes chairman of directors and Mr WardeU, managing director.
