The Magistrate (Mr R. L. Stanford) this morning reheard charges against Turnbull & Co, and the Wauganut Supply Co., for sending parcels into a prohibited district without attaching labels denoting the contents, on which they were each fined £25, and the lines were reduced to £lO each, 011 'the ground that the ciscs were the first o£ the kind in the district, though he held the offentSe to he most serious.
