One will bo 300 feet long and ten feet in height above the ornamental fenee, while the other will be 150 feet long. It was resolved that a most emphatic protest against the adoption of such a course bo forwarded to the Hon. tlio Minister for Eailways, and that the City Council be approached and its aid invoked in prevent the inflicting -of such a bar-" arity on the community.
