TBMPOBARILY BUSPENDED. Received 18,12 32 a.m. Stbket, August 17. The difficulty in connection with the mi spirit duties so far is the regaJaUo» that spirits most have been two years in bond, has been removed by suspension for the present being granted* In the rush to unbond, the revenue is bnefitting to the extent »f £7,400. The difference between the new duties as first fixed and afterwards reduced by Parliament will be refunded as far as possible. 1 ——— I
