A wise man dreads a wetting as much as a lien. Morey and Son advertise men's raincoats to-day. Saturday, at one o'clock sharp, saw a crowded mart at "Webster Bros.' The event was the first auction sale by the new firm. Mr L. B. Webster weilded the hummer, and in such a manner many were heard to remark that he
must have had some splendid rehearsals. Crisp 11 lus "talk," and sharp at "kiiocking-down " the goods, he soon had the crowd on the alorl, and some good prices, were obtained.
Messrs Webster Bros.' have the subagency of the South British Insurance Company, and are representing the "Citizens Life." Both institutions are to be complimented on having secured live representatives.
