After Wring extraordinary evidence regarding the martiil relations of the Marquis Townsbend, and brokerage commission piid to the introducer of the Marquis to Doctor Si aero, tl'.e jury found that the Manpcis was capable of taking care of h j: n<elf, being neither dangerous to himself or to ot'jers, but of unsound mini so far as managing his aft jirs was concerned Mr Justice Buckneli commented strongly on the part taken in the extraordinary and painful case by Sithero, whose conduct reflected very little credit uaon him or his profession.
